摘　　要：川芎—赤芍是著名的活血化瘀药对,川芎活血行气、祛风止痛,赤芍清热凉血、散瘀止痛,二者均为活血要药,配伍后达到同类相须、相辅相成、相互促进等功用,能够发挥抗动脉粥样硬化,改善血液流变性,改善心肌缺血,保护内皮功能,保护脑组织及神经等作用。芎芍胶囊是川芎和赤芍有效组分配伍的典型应用,主要用于治疗心血管疾病。本文从功效及物质基础、药理研究、临床应用方面对川芎—赤芍药对的研究进行了系统的阐述,以期为川芎—赤芍药对的进一步研究与开发提供依据。Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Radix Paeoniae Rubra is a famous herb pair for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Rhizoma Chuanxiong invigorates qi and blood circulation,dispels wind and relieves pain.Radix Paeoniae Rubra removes pathogenic heat to cool blood,removes stasis to relieve pain.They are important herb pair of activating blood circulation with mutual promotion and mutual supplement in Chinese medicine,and play important roles in anti-atherosclerosis,improving blood rheology and myocardial ischemia,protecting endothelial function,brain tissue and nerve et al.Xiongshao capsules are the typical application of the compatibilites of effective components of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra,which are mainly used to treat cardiovascular diseases in clinical practice.In this paper,efficacy,material basis,pharmacological research and clinical application of Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Radix Paeoniae Rubra herb pair were systematically described,so as to provide the evidence for the further research and development of Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Radix Paeoniae Rubra herb pair.
