摘　　要：目的分析注射用雷贝拉唑钠对择期手术患者胃内容物及胃酸pH影响情况。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月该院接受手术者80例为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组40例,观察组术前一晚及手术前2～3 h前分别给予注射用雷贝拉唑钠20 mg,对照组术前一晚及手术前2～3 h给予注射用奥美拉唑钠40 mg。分析两组受试者胃内24 h pH变化情况并评估两组受试者术后发生吸入性肺炎的风险。结果两组的中位pH值、平均pH值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组24 h的pH在4以上总时间和百分比方面明显更高(t=7.285、16.362,P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后胃内容物含量明显比对照组少(χ~2=6.295,P<0.05)。结论注射用雷贝拉唑钠抑制胃酸分泌效果较好,可降低择期手术患者术后发生吸入性肺炎的风险,有助于术后康复,因此值得进一步在临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of rabeprazole sodium for injection on gastric contents and gastric acid pH in patients undergoing elective surgery. Methods Eighty patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given one night before surgery and 2-3 hours before surgery. 20 mg of rabeprazole sodium for injection, 40 mg of omeprazole sodium for injection in the control group one night before surgery and 2-3 hours before surgery. The24 h pH changes in the stomach of the two groups were analyzed and the risk of postoperative aspiration pneumonia was assessed in both groups. Results The median pH value and mean PH value of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the pH of the observation group at 24 h was significantly higher than the total time and percentage of 4(t =7.285, 16.362,P <0.05). The content of gastric contents in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=6.295,P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Rabeprazole sodium for injection inhibiting gastric acid secretion is better, which can reduce the risk of postoperative aspiration pneumonia in patients undergoing elective surgery, and is helpful for postoperative rehabilitation. Therefore, it is worth further promotion and application in the clinic.
