强力天麻杜仲胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察强力天麻杜仲胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床治疗效果。方法选取在2017年5月—2018年5月在该院门诊就诊的患者80例,去掉失访的10例(拆迁搬家3人,死亡1人,外出3人,主动退出3人),最后纳入的患者为70例。随机分为两组,对照组患者服药敏使郎(甲磺酸倍他司汀片),治疗组患者服药强力天麻杜仲胶囊,12周后观察两组患者治疗前后的头晕改善效果及血脂中高胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前后头晕改善效果比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.964, P<0.01),两组患者治疗后TC、LDL-C,HDY,差异有统计学意义(t=3.75,3.72,3.83, P<0.05)。结论强力天麻杜仲胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效显著,可改善患者的头晕不适和血脂及同型半胱氨酸的变化。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Qiangli Tianma Duzhong Capsule in the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency. Methods Eighty patients who were treated in our outpatient clinic from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected, and 10 people who lost their follow-up were removed(3 people were demolished, 1 person died, 3 people went out, 3 people voluntarily quit), and finally included of 70 cases. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received the drug sensitizer lang(betastatin mesylate tablets). The patients in the treatment group took the drug Tianma Duzhong capsule. After 12 weeks, the dizziness improvement effect and high blood lipid level were observed before and after treatment changes in cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and homocysteine(HCY). Results The improvement of dizziness before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=3.964, P<0.01). The difference of TC, LDL-C and HDY between the two groups was statistically significant(t =3.75, 3.72, 3.83, P <0.05). Conclusion Qiangli Tianma Duzhong Capsule has significant curative effect on chronic cerebral insufficiency, which can improve dizziness and blood lipid and homocysteine.
