PCI术后实施延伸护理的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析PCI术后患者实施延伸护理干预的效果。方法选择2017年2月—2018年10月期间该院收治的PCI患者117例,抽签法将患者分为实验组与对照组,对照组给予常规院内护理干预,实验组在此基础上给予延伸护理干预,比较生活质量评分、依从性、再入院率等。结果实验组BIM指标(29.52±7.64)kg/m^2高于对照组,LDL-C、SBP、DBP(2.74±0.35)mmol/L、(126.28±13.17)mmHg、(75.12±7.34)mmHg均明显低于对照组(t=3.085 2、14.310 1、2.735 5、5.198 7,P<0.05),实验组患者依从性96.61%、满意度94.92%均明显高于对照组,再入院率5.08%低于对照组(χ~2=8.309、7.440、4.376,P<0.05)。结论延伸护理干预可帮助PCI术后患者稳定危险指标,提高患者生活质量、依从性及满意度,减少患者再入院次数,值得大力推广。Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing intervention on patients after PCI. Methods A total of117 patients with PCI admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by lottery method. The control group was given routine in-hospital nursing intervention. The experimental group gave extended care on this basis, comparing quality of life scores, compliance, readmission rates, etc. Results The BIM index(29.52±7.64) kg/m^2 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and LDL-C, SBP, DBP(2.74±0.35) mmol/L,(126.28±13.17) mmHg, and(75.12±7.34) mmHg were significantly lower than the control group(t=3.085, 14.310, 2.735, 5.198, P<0.05), the compliance of patients in the experimental group was 96.61%, and the satisfaction rate was 94.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The re-admission rate was 5.08% lower than that of the control group(χ^2=8.309, 7.440, 4.376, P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing intervention can help patients with stable risk indicators after PCI, improve patients’ quality of life, compliance and satisfaction, and reduce the number of patients admitted to hospital. It is worth promoting.
