摘  要:根据综采工作面刮板输送机不同工况下的运行参数,在分析刮板工作特性、驱动电机性能、变频器性能及刮板机输送参数的基础上,制定了以驱动机电流为主要参考、采煤量及采煤机位置为辅助指标的智能调速方案,实现了刮板输送机智能调速的目的,也为回采工作面刮板机的高效运行提供一定的借鉴。According to the operation parameters of scraper conveyor in different working conditions in fully mechanized mining face, on the basis of analyzing the working characteristics of scraper, the performance of driving motor, the performance of frequency converter and the conveying parameters of scraper conveyor, an intelligent speed regulation scheme with the main reference of driving motor current and no auxiliary indexes of coal mining quantity and shearer position is formulated. The purpose of intelligent speed regulation of scraper conveyor is also provided for the efficient operation of scraper conveyor in mining face.
