摘 要:目前矿井采掘主要运用的是悬臂式的综掘机,在所截割岩石单轴抗压强度为4080MPa产生很强的适应性,然而不能和所有的地层条件之间相互满足。在采矿技术的进一步发展下,矿井开采越来越深入,并且增大了掘进断面,使得周边的岩层硬度进一步增加,在综掘机截割性能方面提出了更高的要求。鉴于此,本文将对矿井采掘机械振动截割机构的改进进行研究。At present, the cantilever fully mechanized excavator is mainly used in mine excavation. The uniaxial compressive strength of the cut rock is 4080 MPa, which produces strong adaptability. However, it can’t meet all the stratum conditions. With the further development of mining technology, mine mining is more and more in-depth, and the excavation section is increased, which makes the surrounding rock hardness further increased, and puts forward higher requirements in the cutting performance of fully mechanized excavator. In view of this, this paper will study the improvement of vibration cutting mechanism of mine mining machinery.
