新型蜡疗鞋辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价新型蜡疗鞋在辅助治疗门诊糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者中的效果和安全性,为门诊DPN的治疗和护理工作的实施提供指导和理论依据。方法将符合条件的门诊DPN患者共160例,用随机数字表法按1∶1的比例分为对照组和试验组,各80例。对照组和试验组都予常规治疗和护理,对照组实行观察2周,试验组在常规治疗和护理的基础上,加用新型蜡疗鞋进行桂蜡热敷双足涌泉穴,每天1次,每次20min,7d为1个周期,连续治疗2周期。治疗前及治疗后分别对2组患者进行评估,比较2组患者实验前后的中医症状积分总分、TCSS评分总分。计量资料采用(x±s)表示,组间数据比较采用独立样本t检验,组内干预前后数据的比较采用配对样本t检验,方差不齐用校正t检验。结果试验后,试验组患者中医症状积分总分,TCSS评分总分与本组治疗前、对照组治疗后相比差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05;试验组患者治疗前后中医症状积分总分差值,TCSS评分总分差值与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论新型蜡疗鞋辅助治疗门诊DPN患者安全简便,效果理想,有助于提高门诊工作效率,值得在门诊和居家推广运用。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of new wax shoes in the auxiliary treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) at the outpatient department, and provide guidance and theoretical basis for the treatment and nursing work of DPN. Methods 160 cases of outpatients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who conformed to the conditions were divided into the control group (n=80) and experimental group (n=80) according to the random number table. The control group adopted the basic treatment and nursing, while the experimental group was given hot compress on Yongquan acupoints with new wax shoes once a day in addition to the basic treatment and nursing. The course was 2 weeks.The two groups of patients were evaluated respectively before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the total score of TCM symptom as well as TCSS of the experimental group were statistically significant compared with those before treatment and those of the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The difference between the total score of TCM symptom as well as TCSS before and after the experiment in the experimental group were statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of new wax shoes in auxiliary treatment of DPN at the outpatient department is easy to handle and safe, and it has obvious effect, can help to improve the efficiency of outpatient work, which is worth promoting.
