腕带充气式脉象仪对妊娠晚期便秘患者的脉象分析

摘　　要：目的通过应用腕带充气式脉象仪对妊娠晚期便秘滑脉患者分娩前后的脉象进行检测,寻找妊娠晚期便秘滑脉患者产前与产后的脉象图差异,明确脉象仪的可操作性,使中医脉诊科学化、客观化、远程化。方法本研究以中医脉诊理论为基础,应用LGX-2016H腕带充气式脉象仪对妊娠晚期便秘滑脉患者分娩前后进行脉象检测,采用SPSS统计学软件对脉象图中T、H(x)、H(y)、-H(x)、-H(y)、P1、P2等数据进行分析,得出妊娠晚期便秘滑脉患者分娩前后脉象的差异。结果妊娠晚期便秘患者产前滑脉脉象图中产前H(y)、-H(y)较产后高,且T较快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),H(x)、-H(x)、P1、P2均无统计学意义。结论LGX-2016H腕带充气式脉象仪可准确检测妊娠晚期便秘滑脉患者脉象,通过脉搏波压力及脉率可判断滑脉。Objective By using the wrist strap inflatable pulse apparatus to detect the pulse condition before and after childbirth in patients with constipation and smooth pulsein the third trimester of pregnancy, to find the difference of pulse graph between the patients with constipation and smooth pulse during the third trimester of pregnancy and postpartum. The maneuverability of the pulse apparatus is clearly defined. At the same time, make the pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine scientific, objective and remote. Methods On the basis of the theory of pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, this study used the LGX-2016H wrist band inflatablepulse apparatus to detect the constipation and smooth pulse patients of pulse image before and after the delivery in the late pregnancy. The SPSS statistics software was used to analyze the data of T, H(x), H(y),-H(x),-H(y), P1, P2, etc. The difference of pulse appearance before and after childbirth in patients with constipation was obtained. Results Prenatal H (y) and - H (y) were higher and T was faster in patients with late pregnancy constipation than in those with postpartum constipation (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in H (x),- H (x), P1 and P2. Conclusion The LGX-2016H wrist strap inflatable pulse apparatus can accurately detect the pulse condition of patients with constipation and smooth pulsein the third trimester of pregnancy, and can judge the smooth pulse by pulse pressure and pulse rate.
