摘 要:目的用琼脂平板扩散法(打孔法)和微量稀释法,观察复方皂矾功能洗发香波药物原液对马拉色菌的体外抑菌活性。方法稀释成不同浓度的采乐洗剂设为对照组,稀释成不同浓度的复方皂矾功能洗发香波药物原液设为实验组,用琼脂平板扩散法(打孔法)和用微量液基稀释法测试体外对马拉色菌的抑制作用,并测定复方皂矾功能洗发香波药物原液MIC(最小抑菌浓度)值。结论复方皂矾功能洗发香波药物原液在体外有抑制马拉色菌的作用。复方皂矾功能洗发香波药物原液的MIC(最小抑菌浓度)值为0.005g/mL。Objective The inhibition of malassezia in vitro was tested by two methods, perforation method and microdilution method. Methods The drug Triatop lotion diluted into different concentrations was assigned to the control group, and the compound zaofan functional shampoo drug concentrate diluted into different concentrations was assigned to the experimental group. The inhibitory effect on malassezia in vitro was tested using AGAR plate diffusion method (perforation method) and microliquid-based dilution method, and the MIC (minimum inhibitory concentration) value of the drug concentrate diluted into compound zaofan functional shampoo drug was determined. Conclusion Compound zaofan functional shampoo drug chemicals have a strong effect on malassezia. The MIC value of compound zaofan functional shampoo drug stock was 0.005g/ml.
