摘 要:目前人工砂技术指标均执行建设部标准,而其中的人工砂石粉含量允许值较大,且未对抗冻混凝土中的人工砂做出具体规定。通过采用河砂与人工砂按不同比例混合,单掺粉煤灰和双掺粉煤灰及矿粉分别配制抗冻混凝土,分析各因素对抗冻混凝土拌合物性能、强度、耐久性的影响。并通过工程实例验证,结果表明,单一的人工砂级配较差,宜与河砂进行适当比例混合,可有效控制石粉含量;掺入适量掺合料可改善人工砂混凝土的工作性能,提高混凝土的力学和耐久性能。At present,the technical indexes of artificial sand are all carried out according to the standards of the Ministry of Construction.However,the allowable content of artificial sand powder in the standard is relatively large,and no specific provisions are made for artificial sand in anti-freezing concrete.We prepare the anti-freezing concrete by adding single fly ash or double fly ash and mineral powder with the different mixing proportions of river sand and artificial sand,and analyze the effects of various factors on the mixture properties,strength and durability of anti-freezing concrete.Based on an engineering example,the results show that the gradation of single artificial sand is poor,and it is advisable to mix it with river sand to effectively control the content of stone powder.Adding appropriate amount of admixtures can improve the performance of artificial sand concrete,and increase the mechanical property and durability of concrete.
