摘 要:聚羧酸系减水剂与萘系减水剂的分子结构与作用机理均不同。将聚羧酸系和萘系减水剂分别与松香热聚物引气剂掺入到抗冻混凝土中,进行混凝土的拌合物性能、抗压强度及抗冻性试验,并观测硬化混凝土内部孔隙特征和微观结构,分析比较聚羧酸系和萘系减水剂对混凝土各种性能的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸系减水剂较萘系减水剂存在很多优势,在掺量少的情况下可配制低水胶比的混凝土,可应用到抗冻混凝土中。The molecular structure and mechanism of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer are different.We add polycarboxylate superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer respectively into the anti-freezing concrete with the air entraining agent of rosin thermal polymer,test the properties of fresh concrete,compressive strength and freezing resistance,observe the pore characteristics and microstructure of hardened concrete,and analyze and compare the effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and naphthalene superplasticizer on various properties of concrete.The results show that polycarboxylic superplasticizer has many advantages over naphthalene superplasticizer.It can be used to prepare concrete with low water-binder ratio under the condition of low dosage,and can be applied to anti-freezing concrete.
