摘  要:绥中电厂二期工程配套码头项目海域工程处于渤海湾近海无掩护水域,常年受风浪冲击,冬季气温低,混凝土耐久性要求极高,引桥混凝土T形梁为后张法预应力结构。针对其综合性能要求,选择优质的混凝土原材料,通过扫描电镜对混凝土微观结构进行分析,对比掺加不同掺合料、外加剂对硬化混凝土性能的影响程度,采用绝对体积法对预应力高性能抗冻混凝土进行配合比设计。通过工程验证,最终得到满足施工和设计要求的混凝土配合比。The sea area project of the supporting terminal project of the second phase of Suizhong Power Plant is located in the uncovered waters of the Bohai Bay offshore.It is affected by winds and waves all year round,and the winter temperature is low and the durability requirement of concrete is extremely high.The concrete T-beam of the approach bridge is a post-tensioned pre-stressed structure.According to the comprehensive performance requirements,we select high-quality raw materials of concrete,analyze the microstructure of concrete by scanning electron microscopy,compare the influence of different admixtures and admixtures on the performance of hardened concrete,and apply the absolute volume method to design mixing proportion of pre-stressed and high performance anti-freezing concrete.Through the engineering verification,we finally obtain the mixing proportion of the concrete which meets the construction and design requirements.
