摘  要:在超长复杂的翻车机房地下混凝土结构施工中,分层分区施工设置后浇带会遇到带内钢筋过于密集、进入作业困难和施工质量不易保证等问题。将部分后浇带替换成膨胀加强带,并与原有各施工分区同时浇筑施工,整体上采用膨胀加强带与后浇带组合的技术,带外混凝土采用补偿收缩混凝土,膨胀加强带与后浇带带内混凝土均采用填充性补偿收缩混凝土,较好地解决了混凝土的抗裂防渗问题,同时缩短工期,取得显著的经济效益。The underground structure construction of car-dumper shed is long and complicated.It will be some problems by layered and zoned construction with post-casting zone,such as dense steel in the zone,difficult for worker entering and ensuring construction quality etc.We replace part of the post-casting zone with the expansion reinforcing zone,and pour the concrete as the original construction sections at the same time.The technology is combining the expansion reinforcing zone and the post-casting zone as a whole.The concrete out the zone is compensating shrinkage,and the concrete in the expansion reinforcing zone and post-casting zone is filling compensation shrinkage concrete.It can solve the problem about anti-crack and anti-leakage of concrete,reduce the construction time,and bring better economy benefit.
