摘　　要：目的探析社区护理干预对改善糖尿病患者遵医率及血糖控制的临床效果。方法搜集于2016年7月—2018年12月期间在该院接受治疗的52例糖尿病患者作为重点研究对象,并按照护理计划分成参照组(未实施任何干预)及实验组(社区护理干预),且每组等分成26例。对所有糖尿病患者出院随访后的遵医率及血糖控制的应用效果进行观察与比对,并予以总结。结果实验组定期复查、饮食控制、服用情况等总遵医率情况,均较参照组更为突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组出院后的FPC、2 hPG指标水平情况,较参照组血糖情况改善更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预对改善糖尿病患者的遵医率及血糖控制的临床效果确切,具有重要的应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of community nursing intervention on improving the compliance rate and blood glucose control of diabetic patients. Methods A total of 52 patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled as subjects. They were divided into a reference group (without any intervention) and an experimental group (community nursing intervention) according to the nursing plan. And each group was equally divided into 26 cases. The compliance rate and the effect of glycemic control on all diabetic patients after discharge were observed and compared, and summarized. Results The regular compliance, regular diet, and medication status of the experimental group were more prominent than the reference group, and the differences were comparable (P<0.05). The FPC and 2 hPG levels of the experimental group after discharge were compared. The improvement of blood glucose in the reference group was better, and the difference was comparable (P<0.05). Conclusion Community nursing intervention has a clear clinical effect on improving the compliance rate and glycemic control of diabetic patients, and has important application value.
