摘　　要：目的观察口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度的影响。方法研究病例选自2017年1月—2018年11月,研究对象定义为:厦门医学院附属口腔医院收治的老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者99例,根据两组采取护理措施的差异分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=44),对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以口腔护理干预。而后对比两组患者血糖控制情况、感染发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组血糖控制情况、感染发生率以及护理满意度与对照组比较,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度有显著的影响,在护理过程中取得了良好的效果,可以将此护理措施普遍推行。Objective To observe the effect of oral nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with oral diseases. Methods The study cases were selected from January 2017 to November 2018. The study subjects were defined as: 99 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with oral disease admitted to the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Xiamen Medical College. They were divided into observation group (n=45) and the control group (n=44) according to the differences in nursing measures, the control group received routine care, and the observation group received oral care intervention. Then compare the blood glucose control, infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The blood glucose control, infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral nursing intervention has a significant effect on the nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and oral disease. It has achieved good results in the nursing process, and this nursing measure can be widely implemented.
