摘　　要：目的观察应用自体富血小板凝胶技术(APG)治疗非感染性糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1—10月2型糖尿病合并非感染性足溃疡患者25例,对照组15例给予常规治疗及创面处理,观察组10例在常规治疗基础上应用自体富血小板凝胶技术外用治疗。结果 4周后观察组有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=4.890,P=0.027)。结论自体富血小板凝胶治疗非感染性糖尿病足溃疡疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of autologous platelet-rich gel technique (APG) in the treatment of non-infectious diabetic foot ulcers. Methods 25 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-infective foot ulcer were enrolled from January to October 2018. 15 patients in the control group received conventional treatment and wound treatment. 10 patients in the observation group were treated with autologous platelet-rich gel technique for external treatment. Results After 4 weeks, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ^2=4.890, P=0.027). Conclusion Autologous platelet-rich gel is effective in the treatment of non-infectious diabetic foot ulcers.
