摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同饲料添加剂对育成期蓝狐生长性能、营养物质消化率及氮代谢的影响。试验选取40只健康公蓝狐,随机分成4组,每组10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮(未额外添加维生素和微量元素),Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+1%复合预混合饲料,Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+0.1%葡萄糖氧化酶,Ⅲ组饲喂基础日粮+1%复合预混合饲料+0.1%葡萄糖氧化酶。每个重复1只,预饲期7 d,试验期54 d。结果显示:1)试验Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组蓝狐100日龄体重显著高于对照组(P <0.05),与试验Ⅱ组差异不显著(P> 0.05);不同添加剂对蓝狐87日龄、116日龄、128日龄、140日龄体重及日平均采食量、平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)影响不显著(P> 0.05),但试验组的ADG均有高于对照组,F/G均有低于对照组的趋势。2)87~100日龄间,试验Ⅰ和Ⅲ组ADG极显著高于对照组(P <0.01),与试验Ⅱ组差异不显著(P> 0.05);101~116日龄间试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组极显著低于对照组(P <0.01),与试验Ⅱ组差异不显著(P> 0.05);不同添加剂对117~128日龄、129~140日龄间ADG影响不显著(P> 0.05)。3)试验Ⅰ组蛋白消化率显著高于试验Ⅱ组,但均与对照组和试验Ⅲ组差异不显著(P> 0.05);不同饲料添加剂对育成期蓝狐干物质、脂肪、碳水化合物和能量消化率均无显著性影响(P> 0.05)。4)试验Ⅰ组氮沉积显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P <0.05),与试验Ⅲ组差异不显著(P> 0.05);对N摄入、粪氮、尿氮、净蛋白利用率和蛋白质生物学价值无显著性影响(P> 0.05)。综上所述,从提高蓝狐生长性能和饲养成本考虑,基础饲粮(未额外添加维生素和微量元素)中添加1%复合预混合饲料能够促进营养物质吸收与利用,从而提高育成期蓝狐的生长性能。This study was to evaluate the effect of different feed additives on growth performance, nutrients digestibility and N metabolism in blue fox during the growth period. This experiment selected 40 healthy male blue foxes which were randomly divided into 4 groups, basic diet(control group), basic diet(remove extra vitamins and trace elements)+1% compound premix(Group Ⅰ), basic diet+0.1% glucose oxidase(Group Ⅱ), basic diet(remove extra vitamins and trace elements)+1% compound premix + 0.1% glucose oxidase(Group Ⅲ) respectively.The experiment was 7 days for adaption and 54 days for trial period. The results showed as follows: 1) The 100-day body weight of the blue fox in Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference from Group Ⅱ(P > 0.05). There were no significant difference(P > 0.05) on the body weight of 87 day, 116 day, 128 day, 140 day old, ADFI,ADG and F/G. However, there was a trend that ADG of the experimental groups were higher than that of the control group, and F/G was lower than that of the control group. 2) The ADG of group I and group III on 87-100 days old was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01), but not significantly different from that of group II(P > 0.05). The ADG of group I and III on 101-116 days old was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01), but not significantly different from that of group II(P > 0.05). No significant effect on ADG between 117-128 days old and 129-140 days old(P > 0.05). 3) The CP digestibility in Group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in Group Ⅱ, but there was no significant difference from the Control group and Group Ⅲ(P > 0.05). There was no significant effect on DM, EE,CC, GE digestibility of blue fox in the growth stage(P > 0.05). 4) Nitrogen deposition in Group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in control group and Group Ⅱ(P < 0.05), and was not significantly different from that in Group Ⅲ(P > 0.05).
