摘 要:研究人参方对血虚模型小鼠的抗疲劳作用及其机制。采用化学药物损伤法,通过环磷酰胺造成小鼠血虚模型,以血象(白细胞数目、红细胞数目、血红蛋白含量)、负重游泳时间、爬杆时间、血清尿素氮含量、肝糖原含量、乳酸脱氢酶活力、肌肉组织ATP酶活力、运动后血乳酸含量为指标,考察人参方对血虚型小鼠的抗疲劳作用。人参方能明显升高血虚小鼠红细胞总数和血红蛋白含量;中、高剂量组能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间和爬杆时间、降低血清尿素氮含量、降低运动后血乳酸含量、升高肌肉组织ATP酶活力和血清乳酸脱氢酶活力;但组方低、中、高剂量均对小鼠肝糖原含量无明显影响。人参方能提高血虚型疲劳小鼠的抗疲劳能力。其机制可能是通过降低血清尿素氮,提高血清乳酸脱氢酶活力,从而降低血乳酸的生成,提高肌肉组织ATP酶活力,并没有明显提高肝糖原的储备量或减少其消耗。The antifatigue effect and mechanism of ginseng prescription in the blood deficiency mouse model were investigated. The blood deficiency mice model was induced by chemical injury method-injecting cyclophosphamide. The antifatigue effect was evaluated by hemogram(WBC/RBC/HGB), load swimming time, climbing pole time, the contents of serum urea nitrogen and hepatic glycongen, activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase, ATP enzyme activity in muscle tissue and blood lactic acid content after exercise.The ginseng prescription could increase RBC and HGB obviously. The load swimming time and climbing pole time were significantly prolonged in medium and high dose groups.And the contents of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid after exercise were reduced. The activities of ATP enzyme in muscle tissue and serum lactate dehydrogenase were increased. But the content of hepatic glycongen was not changed significantly in all low,medium and high dose groups.The ginseng prescription could improve the antifatigue activity of blood deficiency mice. Its mechanism may be related to reduce the generations of serum urea nitrogen, increase the activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase and consequently reduce the generations of blood lactic acid, and improve the activities of ATP enzyme in muscle tissue. But the storage or consumption of hepatic glycongen were not significantly increased or decreased.
