摘 要:本试验应用电热板湿法消解法处理样品,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法测定延胡索中铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)、铬(Cr)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、锡(Sn)、钴(Co)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)9种重金属及有害元素含量。测定结果表明,9种重金属及有害元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.999 8),检测限为0.001 6~0.022 7μg/g,加样回收率为96.0%~100.4%,RSD≤3.25%;延胡索中Cu、As、Pb、Hg、Cd的含量均低于国家标准《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》和《中国药典》2015年版的限量值。所建立的ICP-MS方法具有良好的精密度、重复性和准确性。本试验从有害元素的角度为延胡索在临床应用的安全性评估及建立其质量安全控制标准等提供科学依据。The samples were treated by hot plate wet digestion method, and nine heavy metals and harmful elements such as Cu,Ni,Cr,Pb,Cd,Sn,Co, Hg and As were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). The results show that the linear relationship between the nine heavy metals and harmful elements is good(r≥0.999 8), the detection limit is 0.001 6-0.022 7μg/g, and the recovery rate is 96.0%-100.4%, RSD≤3.25%, the content of Cu, As, Pb, Hg and Cd in Corydalis is lower than the national standard("Green Industry Standard for Import and Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations" and "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" 2015 Edition);The ICP-MS method has good precision, repeatability and accuracy. This test provides a scientific basis for the safety evaluation of the clinical application and the establishment of its quality and safety control standards from the perspective of harmful elements.
