摘　　要：2018年唐山市大面积实施了老旧小区既有居住建筑节能改造工程,由于工程大多建于唐山大地震后的80、90年代,居住建筑外装修做法以及各住户外窗和阳台的护栏形式多样,给外墙外保温的设计和施工带来诸多不确定因素。文章结合工程实例,提出外墙外保温细部构造工程设计和施工的技术处理措施和建议,以保证外墙保温系统与结构连接的安全性和施工质量。In 2018, Tangshan City implemented a large area of energy-saving renovation projects for existing residential buildings in old residential areas. Since most of the projects were built in the 1980s and 1990s after the Tangshan earthquake, the external decoration practices of residential buildings and the guardrail forms of the outer windows and balcony of each household are various, which brings a lot of uncertain factors to the design and construction of external thermal insulation. Based on an engineering example, this paper puts forward the technical treatment measures and suggestions for the design and construction of the external wall thermal insulation detail structure, in order to ensure the safety and construction quality of the connection between the external wall thermal insulation system and the structure.
