摘 要:在当前"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,教育部修订了相关规定,允许大学生保留学籍进行休学创业。通过对潮汕地区大学生进行调查分析,发现男性更倾向于支持休学创业,高年级学生休学创业的念头更为强烈,而专业、生源地的不同则对休学创业认可度的影响相对不明显。研究表明,学校因素、家庭因素和社会因素对休学创业认知有显著影响,休学创业认知对风险感知有显著影响,风险感知对创业效能感有显著影响。因此,必须加强高校对休学创业的保护和支持,推动政府将休学创业放权和扶持相结合。In the current era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the Ministry of Education has revised the relevant regulations to allow college students to retain their school status while suspending their schooling for entrepreneurship.Based on the investigation and analysis of college students in Chaoshan region,it is found that males are more inclined to support suspension of schooling for entrepreneurship,and senior students have stronger intentions to suspend schooling for entrepreneurship,while the influence of different majors and places of origin on the recognition of suspension of schooling for entrepreneurship is relatively insignificant.The research shows that school factors, family factors and social factors have a significant impact on the perception of suspending schooling for entrepreneurship,which has a significant impact on the risk perception,which has a significant impact on the entrepreneurial efficacy.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the protection and support of colleges and universities for suspension of schooling for entrepreneurship,and promote the government to combine the decentralization and support of suspension of schooling for entrepreneurship.
