摘 要:线上供应链金融是"互联网+"供应链金融的前沿领域,现对线上供应链金融四种融资模式的流程及其风险要素进行系统梳理,总结。结果发现:线上供应链金融协同效率有较大担升,但网商的特性和线上化的特点,使其道德风险、业务操作风险和贸易背景真实性风险亦有所增加。据此,在建立信息共享机制、引入区块链技术和强化软硬件运营环境等方面风控建议。The online supply chain finance is the frontier field of Internet + supply chain finance. The process and risk factors of the four financing modes of online supply chain finance are systematically sorted out and summarized. The results show that the synergy efficiency of online supply chain finance has been greatly increased. However, the characteristics of online merchants and line chemistry have also increased the risk of financial moral hazard, business operation risk and trade background authenticity of online supply chain. Based on this, risk control suggestions are proposed in establishing information sharing mechanism, introducing blockchain technology and strengthening the software and hardware operating environment.
