摘　　要：文章介绍了新疆昆玉钢铁炼公司钢厂在顶底复吹转炉冶炼中炉后兑铁水的实践应用。该工艺主要是通过对转炉出钢成分、出钢量的提前控制,计算兑铁量及兑铁时间,以保证钢水的化学成分及温度达到标准要求。实践结果表明,该工艺能够降低合金材料的消耗,降低生产成本,具有明显的经济效益。This paper introduces the practical application of hot metal mixing after top-bottom combined blowing converter smelting in Kunyu Steelmaking Plant of Xinjiang.The technology is mainly used to control the output of steel in the converter, calculate the amount of iron and the time of iron, so as to ensure that the chemical composition and temperature of the steel meet the standard requirements. The results show that the process can reduce the consumption of alloy materials and production costs, and has obvious economic benefits.
