摘　　要：分析了影响八钢三座2500m^3高炉TRT发电机组稳定运行的主要设备因素,介绍了对B高炉BTRT维修方式以及设备管理措施,对TRT发电机组维修经济性提出控制策略。实践表明,获得了较好的维修效果和经济效益。The main equipment factors affecting the stable operation of TRT generator of three 2500m^3 BFs.s in Bayi Steel are analyzed. The maintenance mode and equipment management measures of BTRT for B BF are introduced, and the control strategy for maintenance economy of TRT generator set is put forward.Practice shows that good maintenance effect and economic benefit have been obtained.
