摘  要:通过控轧控冷工艺生产的中厚板产品中一般会存在一定的残余应力。当钢板沿纵向裁切为窄长料时,由于应力释放、变形,容易产生镰刀弯缺陷,对后续使用产生较大影响。本研究通过矫顽力法及纳米压痕法实验,针对不同矫直道次钢板进行宏观应力和微观应力测量分析,结果表明:适当增加矫直道次,可以使得钢板内部不同晶粒之间的残余应力逐渐趋于平衡,从而降低钢板宏观残余应力,改善板形质量。Certain residual stress used to exists in medium steel plate produced by controlled rolling and controlled cooling process.The steel plate is horizontally cut into narrow and long piece,it easily generates camber defect due to stress relief and deformation,which has great effects on subsequent application.The study determines and analyzes the macrostress and microstress of steel plate at different levelling passes.The results show that properly increasing levelling passes enables the residual intergranular stress becoming even gradually,thus the residual macrostress is reduced and plate profile is improved.
