摘　　要：以习近平为核心的党中央顺应时代发展,在继承和发扬中华优秀传统文化的基础上,根据我国实际发展情况,创造性地提出了共享发展的理念。这不仅是在新时代的大背景之下,对于推进中国特色社会主义的必然要求,更是基于我国科学社会主义基本原则而产生的新的发展模式,也是实现全民共同富裕的前提条件。新时代中国特色社会主义道路将实现共同富裕作为奋斗目标,必然要以坚持和实现共享发展为价值追求。贯彻落实共享发展理念,不仅有利于传承、创新、发展中华优秀传统文化,也为我国根本矛盾的解决提供了理论指南,更为实现共同富裕和中国"两个一百年"的奋斗目标提供了行动纲领。The Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as its core conforms to the development of the times. On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of China, according to the actual development of China, it has creatively proposed the concept of shared development. This is not only in the context of the new era, but also an inevitable requirement for promoting the good implementation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is also a new development model based on the basic principles of scientific socialism in China, and a prerequisite for realizing the common prosperity of all people. The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics will achieve common prosperity as the goal of struggle, and it is inevitable to pursue and realize shared development as value. Implementing the concept of shared development is not only conducive to inheriting, innovating and developing the excellent traditional Chinese culture, but also provides a theoretical guide for the resolution of China’s fundamental contradictions, and provides guidelines of action concerning the goal of common prosperity and China’s "two hundred years" struggle.
