摘　　要：目的:探究癌症患者内心的希望水平与言语量是否相关。方法:采用自己修订的希望量表,对36位患者及其护理者进行调查。结果:癌症患者希望水平与言语量存在显著性相关,表现为言语量越多,希望水平越高。结论:在对癌症患者进行护理时,应注重提高患者及护理者的言语量,引导患者主动与他人交流,促使患者充分表达自己并提高希望水平。Objective To explore whether the level of hope in cancer patients is related to verbal quantity. Methods 36 patients and their nursing staff were investigated with their revised hope level scale. Results There is a significant correlation between the level of hope and the amount of speech in cancer patients. Conclusion When caring for cancer patients,we should pay attention to guiding patients to communicate with others voluntarily,or to guide others to communicate with patients,so that patients can express themselves positively.
