家庭医生签约示范工作室建设的定性研究——以成都市为例

摘　　要：目的:调查成都市社区卫生服务中心(以下简称"社区")家庭医生签约工作室(以下简称"签约工作室")的建设现状,为规范成都市家庭医生签约示范工作室建设提出建议。方法:通过立意抽样,实地观察与个人深度访谈相结合的方法,对成都市下属的8个社区进行调查。结果:8个社区中,3个社区未建设签约工作室。5个社区设有签约工作室,但签约工作室命名均不统一,建设面积、设施设备参差不齐,有小到不足10平方米,大到约30平方米。其中,只有3个签约工作室有专门进行室内设计。结论:各社区应规范签约工作室命名,面积及室内布局,设施设备及颜色格调等,进一步优化建设有个性化,有内涵功能的签约工作室,构建签约服务一体化的模式。Objective To investigate the present situation of the construction of the contract workshop for family doctors in Chengdu Community Health Service Center( hereinafter referred to as"community"). In order to standardize Chengdu family doctor contract model studio construction suggestions. Methods 8 communities in Chengdu were investigated by means of intention sampling,field observation and personal in-depth interview. Results In 8 communities,3 communities did not build contract studio. 5 communities have contract studio,but the naming of contract studio is not uniform,construction area,facility and equipment are not uniform,some smaller than 10 square meters,some up to about 30 square meters. Among them,only 3 sign-up studios have dedicated interior design. Conclusion All the communities should standardize the naming,area and layout,facilities,equipment and color style of the contract studio,and further optimize the construction of the contract studio with individualized and connotative functions,and construct the mode of integration of contract service.
