摘  要:人地关系协调是促进区域经济持续发展的重要基础。基于分形理论的异速生长模型,对中国293个地级市人地异速关系的时空演变特征及影响因素进行了实证研究。结果显示:时间上,2006-2016年中国城市整体人地异速关系的协调性较弱,以正异速生长为主,正异速三级和正异速二级城市占城市总量的74%;空间上,正异速三级和正异速二级城市在空间上主要集中分布在胡焕庸线以东区域;影响因素上,城市行政区位和土地市场化率是影响异速生长系数变化的两大首要因素,在一定程度上,行政地位直接作用于人地关系,并影响着土地市场化进程。The coordination of man-land relationship is a powerful guarantee to promote the sustainable development of regional economy. The allometric growth relationship of 293 cities in China is analyzed by using the Allometric Growth Model to reflect the characteristics of space and time evolution,and the driving factors of the allometric growth coefficient is analyzed. The study results show that: Firstly,in the past 2006-2016 years,the allometic coordination between urban land expansion and population growth in China is relatively weak,and all cities in China are dominated by cities with positive allometric level 3 and cities positive allometric level 2,which account for 74% of the total number of cities;From the spatial distribution point of view,the cities with positive allometric level 3 and cities positive allometric level 2 mainly aggloerates in the east of Huanyong Line;Among the basic factors influencing the allometric growth coefficient,the administrative position of the city and the land marketization rate of the city are the two most important factors,and,to a certain extent,the administrative status directly affects the relation between man and land,and influences the process of land market.
