户外涂层面料悬垂性影响因素分析

摘  要:为了客观评价户外涂层面料的悬垂性,更好地分析影响悬垂性的因素,选取10种PU涂层复合面料,进行静态和动态悬垂系数、活泼率、美感系数、硬挺度的测定,并结合面料结构因素进行比较和相关性回归分析。结果表明:不同复合方式和厚度与面料悬垂性的相关性显著,且符合线性变化。认为:采用贴膜方式的针织涂层面料悬垂性及美感度最优,涂层和贴合的平纹和斜纹面料次之。To evaluate the drapability of outdoor coating fabric objectively and better analyze the influence factors of drapability,ten kinds of PU coated composite fabrics were selected.The static and dynamic draping coefficient,lively rate,aesthetic coefficient and stiffness were tested.The comparison and correlation regression analysis were proceeded through the combination of the fabric structure elements.The test results showed that the correlation between different compositing methods and thickness with fabric drapability was obvious.It is considered that the drapability and aesthetic coefficient of knitting coated fabric using pad pasting method is the best and the coated and laminating plain weave fabric and twill fabric are the next.
