摘 要:探讨棉花贮存过程中回潮率对颜色级的影响。在5%、8%、10%回潮率下选取3种不同等级的棉样,测试分析其反射率与黄度的变化,研究回潮率对棉花颜色级的影响。试验结果表明:在高回潮率条件下,棉花样品的反射率与贮存时间呈负相关、黄度与贮存时间呈线性正相关;中、低回潮率条件下,棉花样品的反射率、黄度变化不明显。认为:回潮率在9%以下时更利于棉花的贮存。Effects of moisture regain on color grade during cotton storage were discussed.Three different grades of cotton samples were selected at 5%,8% and 10% moisture regains.Reflectivity and yellowness were tested and analyzed,effect of moisture regain on cotton color grade was discussed.The test results showed that under the condition of higher moisture regain,reflectivity of cotton samples was negatively correlated with storage time,yellowness was linearly positively correlated with storage time.Under the conditions of medium and lower moisture regain,change of reflectivity and yellowness of cotton samples was not obvious.It is considered that moisture regain below 9% is more helpful to cotton storage.
