新疆原棉适纺性能研究

摘　　要：研究新疆原棉适纺性能。通过试纺和采集纺织企业生产数据分析新疆棉花品质与纱线适纺性的关系。试验表明:纤维的适纺性与纺纱一致性系数呈正比,成纱质量与纺纱一致性系数呈正比。与细绒棉相比,长绒棉适纺范围更大。认为:新疆优质长绒棉质量好,纺纱一致性系数大,适纺特细号棉纱。新疆各产棉区细绒棉中,北疆棉花品质较优,适纺9.72tex～14.6 tex纱;南疆棉花颜色级更好,马克隆值适中,适合纺14.6 tex以上纱或搭配用于纺较细号纱。Spinnability of Xinjiang raw cotton was discussed.Through trial-spinning and collecting textile enterprise production data,relationship between Xinjiang cotton quality and yarn spinnability was analyzed.The test showed that spinnability of fiber was proportional to SCI ,yarn quality was proportional to SCI .Compared with medium cotton,spinnability scale of long-staple cotton was wider.It is considered that quality of Xinjiang high-grade long-staple cotton is better, SCI is larger.It is suitable for spinning super fine cotton yarn.Among medium cotton in Xinjiang cotton producing areas,cotton quality in northern Xinjiang is superior,suitable for spinning 9.72 tex ~14.6 tex yarn.Cotton color grade in southern Xinjiang is better,micronaire value is moderate,suitable for spinning below 14.6 tex yarn or used as collocation for spinning fine yarn.
