摘 要:探讨纺织厂电力谐波的危害及治理问题。介绍了纺织厂电力谐波产生的原因和危害,分析了各种谐波治理方法的主要特性及适用性,得出纺织厂电力谐波主要是由大量采用变频器调速装置等非线性负载产生。工程实例运行检测得出:采用谐波动态治理方法治理谐波后,可使变压器母线侧有效电流降低5%以上,5次谐波电流降低50%以上,并能提高整个电网的质量,提高功率因数,减少事故,减少纺织厂电力系统安全隐患,实现企业电能利用率提高5%以上的效果。认为:采用谐波动态治理方法治理电力谐波效果较好。Harm and control problems of electric power harmonic in textile mill were discussed.Causes and harm of electric power harmonic in textile mill were introduced.Main characteristics and applicability of various harmonic control methods were analyzed.It was concluded that electric power harmonic in textile mill were mainly generated by a large number of non-linear loads by using frequency converters.Engineering example running test results showed that through adoppting dynamic control of harmonic,effective current of transformer busbar side can be reduced more than 5% and 5th harmonic current can be reduced more than 50%.Quality of entire power grid can be improved,power factor can be improved,accidents can be reduced,security risks of power system in textile mill can be reduced.Improving energy utilization rate of enterprise more than 5% was realized.It is considered that dynamic control method is better for controlling electric power harmonic.
