摘  要:陕西某牛场发生奶牛乳房炎,从发病症状典型的病牛牛乳中无菌操作采样,接种培养分离细菌,分离一株革兰阴性细菌(G-),通过细菌生物学特性检验、生理生化试验以及动物致病性试验,从中鉴定出致病菌大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)。通过药敏试验,发现此细菌对诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、大观霉素、庆大霉素、环丙沙星等抗生素敏感,对链霉素、苯唑西林、麦迪霉素、复方新诺明、万古霉素等抗生素有耐药性,经腹腔注射对小鼠有一定的致病作用。Dairy cow mastitis occurs in a cattle farm in Shaanxi.Samples were taken from the aseptic symptoms of typical diseased cow's milk.A Gram-negative bacterium (G-) was isolated and identified by the bacterial biological property test.The pathogenic bacteria Escherichia coli was identified by bacterial biological property test,physiological and biochemical test and animal pathogenicity test.TThrough susceptibility testing,the bacteria were found to be sensitive to antibiotics such as norfloxacin,ofloxacin,spectinomycin,gentamicin,and ciprofloxacin.For streptomycin,oxacillin,medimycin,and compound Neonomin and vancomycin have drug resistance,and have a certain pathogenic effect on mice by intraperitoneal injection.
