摘 要:上海泖港大桥新建主桥为(110+225+110) m双塔中央双索面钢箱梁斜拉桥。该桥采用塔梁固结、塔墩分离的结构体系,墩梁之间设置竖向支座、叠层橡胶支座和横向挡块以增强抗震性能。主梁采用3.5 m高扁平钢箱梁结构,桥面采用UHPC铺装体系。桥塔采用矩形截面独柱钢结构塔,桥面以上塔高60 m。主墩为混凝土墙式墩,内设2个空腔,承台为矩形截面,下设15根φ 1.8 m钻孔灌注桩;辅助墩、交接墩分别采用柱式墩、框架墩,承台为矩形截面,下设φ1.2 m钻孔灌注桩。斜拉索采用φ7 mm镀锌铝高强平行钢丝束。采用MIDAS Civil和ABAQUS有限元程序进行静力验算,结果表明该桥结构静力性能满足规范要求。The newly-built main bridge of Maogang Bridge in Shanghai is a steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with spans of 110,225 and 110 m.The stay cables are arranged in central double cable planes.The pylons are steel pylons,fixed to the main girder,but separated from the piers.Vertical bearings,laminated rubber bearings and transverse stoppers are installed between the girder and the piers,to strengthen the anti-seismic performance of the bridge.The main girder adopts the flat steel box girder,3.5 mdeep,covered by UHPC paving system.The pylons,rising 60 mabove the bridge deck,are the single-columned steel pylons with rectangular cross section.The main piers are concrete wall piers,each containing two cavities.The pile caps adopt the rectangular cross section,beneath which are 15,Φ1.8 mbored piles.The auxiliary piers and juncture piers are columned piers and framed piers,respectively,standing on the pile caps with rectangular cross section.The foundations of the auxiliary and juncture piers are composed of bored piles of 1.2 mdiameter.The stay cables consists of the Φ7 mm zinc-aluminium coated high-strength parallel steel wires.The finite element softwares,MIDAS Civil and ABAQUS,were used to check the static force.The results show that the static performance of the bridge meets the code requirements.
