摘 要:以线辣椒黄色突变体H0809为母本材料,野生型XHB(红色)及红色高代自交系CP1211-1、CP12332-5、CP1235-11、CP1245-6、CP1256-10、CP1271-3为父本材料,配制杂交组合,对亲本、不同组合F1代及F2代分离群体的果实颜色性状进行调查与分析。结果表明,各组合F1代群体辣椒果实颜色均为红色,说明辣椒果实红色对黄色为显性,F2代分离群体红色和黄色单株数量符合孟德尔3∶1的分离比例,表明线辣椒成熟果色黄色性状受1对隐性基因控制,黄色线辣椒H0809为红色野生型XHB的隐形突变。In the present study,the wild type XHB(red)and red high-generation inbred lines CP1211-1,CP12332-5,CP1235-11,CP1245-6,CP1256-10 and CP1271-3 were used as male parents while the yellow pepper mutant H0809 as female parent material,to investigate the color traits of the parents,hybridized combinations F 1 and F 2.The results showed that the color of each combination F 1 generation group was red,indicating that the red pepper fruit color was dominant to yellow color.The red and yellow individuals of F 2 segregating population were in accordance with Mendel’s 3∶1 separation ratio,indicating that the yellow ripe fruit of chili pepper was controlled by one recessive genes,the yellow line pepper H0809 was a stealthy mutation of the red wild-type XHB.
