摘 要:R290作为环保制冷剂已引起较大关注,为研究环保替代工质R290的充注量对热泵热水器系统性能的影响,在原R22空气源热泵热水器系统中进行了不同R290充注量的直接灌注实验。依据实验数据,分析了R290替代R22的可行性,研究了充注量的变化对加热时间、系统COP、系统耗电量、过热度、冷凝压力和蒸发压力的影响,并分析了产生影响的原因。结果表明:R290具备替代R22的可行性;充注量过多对系统性能及稳定性影响较大。R290, as an environmentally friendly refrigerant, has attracted much attention. In order to study the effect of environmental alternatives refrigerant R290 charge on the performance of heat pump water heater, different R290 filling volume experiment wes carried out in the original R22 air source heat pump water heater system. Based on the experimental data, the feasibility of replacing R22 with R290 was analyzed, the influences of the change of charge on heating time, system COP, system power consumption, superheat, condensation and evaporation pressure were researched and the reasons for the impact was analyzed. The results show that: R290 is feasible to replace R22;Excessive filling has great influence on system performance and stability.
