摘　　要：制造业在东北地区经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位。近几年,东北地区经济持续下滑,加快推进制造业的转型升级已经迫在眉睫。随着新一轮东北振兴国策的出台,探索制造业升级的动力机制和制约因素对东北地区实现经济复苏具有重要意义。Manufacturing industry plays an important role in the economic development of Northeast China.In recent years,the economy in the Northeast has continued to decline.It is urgent to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.With the introduction of a new round of national policy for revitalizing the Northeast,exploring the dynamic mechanism and constraints of manufacturing upgrading is of great significance for the economic recovery in the Northeast.
