摘 要:电动汽车充电基础设施建设尚不完善已经成为制约电动汽车发展的一个重要因素,面对电动汽车充电桩建设成本高以及监管难的困境,在"互联网+"的背景下提出了基于NB-IOT的电动汽车充电解决方案。分析了现阶段充电系统存在的问题,给出了智能充电桩+云平台管理的系统框架,定义了系统的功能需求,阐述了充电桩的硬件、软件设计方法以及云平台管理系统的设计思路。测试结果表明,系统运行稳定,较好地解决了充电桩建设运营中的组网及监管难题,节约了建设和维护成本,提升了充电服务水平,具有较好的应用前景。The imperfect construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure has become an important factor restricting the development of electric vehicles. Facing with the high construction cost of electric vehicle charging piles and the difficulty of supervision, an electric vehicle charging solution based on NB-IOT under the background of "Internet +"is proposed. The problems existing in the current charging system are analyzed.The system framework that containing smart charging pile and cloud platform management is provided. The functional requirements of the system are defined. The hardware and software design methods of the charging piles and the design ideas of cloud platform management system are expounded. The test results show that the system runs stably, which better solves the networking and supervision problems in the construction and operation of charging piles, saves the construction and maintenance costs, improves the level of charging service, and has a good application prospect.
