摘　　要：开发馆员智慧,促进普通馆员向智慧馆员的转变是加快智慧图书馆建设的关键性主体条件。基于此,本文设计了开发馆员智慧的数学模型:W=(K+E+C+G)A,并提出开发馆员智慧的哲学理路:活用他律,以制度规制激发馆员智慧;巧用物律,以劝导技术启发馆员智慧;善用自律,以良心机制促发馆员智慧。It is the critical subjectivity condition for speeding up the construction smart library to develop the librarians’ wisdom and promote the transformation from ordinary librarians to smart ones.Based on this,this paper designs a mathematical model:W=(K+E+C+G)A,and puts forward the philosophical path as following:using heteronomy flexibly,and exciting librarians’ wisdom by rules and regulations,using materializing morality skillfully,and triggering librarians’ wisdom by persuasive technology,using self-discipline well,and enlightening librarians’ wisdom by conscience mechanism.
