高校图书馆知识服务研究现状及主题演化分析

摘　　要：本文基于共词分析、知识图谱和战略坐标分析相结合的文献计量学方法,利用可视化手段对CNKI数据库中2002-2017年高校图书馆知识服务领域的核心期刊论文进行分析,探讨了该领域研究的演化特征和发展趋势。结果表明,我国高校图书馆知识服务研究热点主要集中在知识管理、学科服务、学科馆员、数字图书馆、大数据等方面。核心主题——高校图书馆知识服务创新研究演化成为该领域的主要知识脉络。现代信息环境下衍生出与图书馆知识服务相结合的知识图谱、关联数据、可视化及前沿热点研究等处于成长状态的热点主题。知识管理是该领域基础的、具有发展潜力的研究方向。数字图书馆个性化服务研究贯穿研究始终,形成稳定的演化路径。学科服务研究不断向纵深演化,出现主题的分化、转移和融合,成为稳定发展的热点研究主题。The paper analyses core periodicals related to university library knowledge service from 2002 to 2017 in the CNKI database via visualization,on the basis of co-word analysis,knowledge graph and strategic diagram,discusses the evolution and development trend in this field.It showes that the research focused on the subjects of knowledge management,subject service,subject librarian,digital library and big data.The research on innovations of university library knowledge service are the main knowledge vein.With the development of information technology,hot topics such as mapping knowledge domain,linked data,visualization and hotspot research are derived and well developed.Knowledge management are the basic subject possessing great development potential.The research on personalized service of digital library runs through the whole research process and forms a stable evolutionary path.Subject service keeps evolving in depth,with subject differentiation,transfer and integration,and turn to a hot topic with stable development.
