摘　　要：随着科技管理办法的深化改革,新型的第三方科技成果评价已渐成规模。本文通过对第三方科技成果评价现状和困境的分析,指出了图书馆能对第三方评价的真实性、专业性、科学性以及规范性产生积极作用,并探讨了面向第三方评价的图书馆信息服务内容,以期为图书馆开展同类的创新型信息服务提供启发和借鉴。With the deepening reform of scientific and technological management methods, the new third-party evaluation of scientific and technological achievements has gradually become a scale. Through the analysis of the present situation and predicament of the third-party evaluation, this paper points out that the library can play a positive role in the authenticity, professionalism, scientificity and standardization of the third-party evaluation, and the information service contents oriented to the third-party evaluation are discussed. This work provides inspiration and reference for libraries to carry out similar innovative information services.
