摘 要:研究了一种由内层、增强层和外保护层构成的三层结构的钢丝增强柔性复合管在内压和温差作用下的受力问题,认为因钢丝能承受的应变远小于PE材料能承受的应变,故钢丝增强柔性管的极限承载力应以钢丝的拉断为标准。从理论上推导了钢丝增强柔性管中钢丝轴向应变公式,同时采用ABAQUS 有限元软件建立内压温差载荷下模型。研究结果表明,在一定内压及温差作用下,最外层钢丝最先遭到破坏;通过提取管道中最外层钢丝轴向应变,并与理论公式计算结果比对,二者的吻合度高,说明本文的理论公式完全可用于计算钢丝增强柔性管中钢丝的轴向应变。The stress of a steel wire reinforced flexible composite pipe composed of inner layer,reinforcement layer and outer protective layer under the action of internal pressure and temperature difference is studied.It is held that because the strain bearable by steel wire is far less than that bearable by PE material,the ultimate load bearing capacity of steel wire reinforced flexible pipe should be based on the criterion of steel wire breaking.The axial strain formula of the steel wire reinforced flexible pipe was deduced theoretically,and the model of it under the action of internal pressure and temperature difference is established by ABAQUS finite element software.The research results show that the outermost steel wire is first destroyed under certain internal pressure and temperature difference.Compared the actual axial strain of the outermost steel wire in the pipeline with the calculated axial strain using the theoretical formula,the agreement between them is high,which shows that the theoretical formula in this paper can be used to calculate the axial strain of the steel wire in the steel wire reinforced flexible pipe.
