摘　　要：目的探讨改装输血器在23G微创玻璃体切除系统硅油取出术中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取眼科2017年1—12月收治的157例硅油眼患者共157只眼。采用改装输血器连接23G微创玻璃体切除系统抽吸取出硅油。评价患者术后眼压变化情况。结果157例患者均顺利完成了硅油取出术,手术效果满意。术后1周眼压均恢复正常。结论将用输血器改装的取油管应用于23G微创玻璃体切除硅油取出手术中是完全可行的。Objective To explore the effects of modified blood transfusion apparatus on removal of silicon oil in 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy system. Methods Totally 157 patients with silicon oil eye admitted in the Department of Ophthalmology between January and December 2017 were selected by convenient sampling. Silicon oil was removed with the modified blood transfusion apparatus connected to 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy system. The patients' postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) was evaluated. Results Silicon oil was successfully removed from the 157 patients with satisfactory results. IOP recovered well 1 week postoperatively. Conclusions It is feasible to apply the modified blood transfusion apparatus into 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy system for the removal of silicon oil.
