摘　　要：目的 通过对2017年重庆市职业健康检查人群分布特点进行分析,为重庆市布控防治职业病提供科学依据。方法 对2017年网络报告的职业健康检查汇总表数据进行描述性统计分析。结果 2017年重庆市开展职业健康检查351 288人次,检出职业禁忌证7 831人次,职业禁忌证检出率2.23%,检出疑似职业病3 679人次,疑似职业病检出率1.05%。主城片区和渝西地区共健康检查313 696人次,占重庆市健康检查人次数的89.30%,渝东北地区城口县疑似职业病检出率达14.29%。结论 2017年重庆市职业健康检查人群接触的主要职业病危害因素为噪声、粉尘和苯,检查人群分布具有地区聚集性和行业聚集性,应在采矿业和制造业开展粉尘、噪声专项治理,根据不同行业职业危害因素的特点,重点加强私有中小型企业的职业卫生监管。[Objective]To provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in Chongqing by analyzing the distribution characteristics of occupational medical examination population in Chongqing in 2017.[Methods]The network report data of occupational health examination table in 2017 were analyzed by descriptive statistical method.[Results]351 288 people in Chongqing received the occupational medical examination in 2017,7 831 people with occupational contraindication were detected,and the positive rate was 2.23%.3 679 patients with suspected occupational disease were detected,and the positive rate was 1.05%.313 696 people in main urban area and western Chongqing area received the occupational medical examination,accounting for 89.30%of the total number.The detection rate of suspected occupational diseases in Chengkou County of northeast Chongqing reached 14.29%.[Conclusion]The main occupational hazards which the occupational medical examination population are exposed to include dust,noise and benzene in Chongqing in 2017.Population of occupational medical examination appears area clustering and industry clustering.Special control of dust and noise should be carried out in mining and manufacturing industries.According to the characteristics of occupational hazards in different industries,the occupational health supervision of private small and medium-sized enterprises should be strengthened.
