摘　　要：成本测算的科学性、可行性是乙型肝炎计划免疫卫生经济学评价的基础性环节。在北京市科委重大项目"北京市乙型肝炎疫苗免疫效果的评估及卫生经济学分析"的支持下,本文对北京市乙型肝炎计划免疫成本的内涵、测算方法等进行了深入探讨,以期为北京市乙型肝炎计划免疫卫生经济学评价提供理论与方法支撑。Scientific and feasible cost calculation is the fundamental procedure in economic evaluation of hepatitis B vaccine(HBV)immunization. With the support of Effectiveness evaluation and economic analysis on HBV immunization in Beijing, a major project organized by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, this article will explore the content and calculation method of HBV immunization cost in Beijing, and then provide theoretical and practical support for the process of HBV immunization’s economic evaluation.
