摘  要:大型蓄热水罐在充放热过程中可能出现负压工况,进而有发生屈曲失效的风险。对某大型蓄热水罐进行了基于预应力的特征值屈曲分析,计算了不同液柱高度下罐体的临界屈曲载荷,并对比了液柱静压力对临界屈曲载荷的影响。结果表明,考虑液柱静压力后,罐体临界屈曲载荷略有提高,提高幅度在4.07%以内。In heating and cooling processes, vacuum condition is possibly existed in large thermal storage tank, and the risk of buckling may be resulted. In this article, eigenvalue buckling analysis, by using pre-stress, for one large thermal storage tank was carried out. Several critical buckling loads with different liquid heights were calculated, and the effects of different liquid heights to the critical buckling load were compared. It was shown that when liquid height was involved, the critical buckling load was increased slightly, and increasing extent was within 4.07%. What presented herein may be referenced for the stability design of large tank.
