摘　　要：主要阐述一项试验装置中的核心设备的研发过程,此设备需满足填装物料、加热至物料熔化、对物料进行冷却及物料取出等功能,设备材料包含不锈钢、紫铜、石英玻璃等多种材料,此设备的结构设计及强度计算在标准规范及压力容器行业中未找到类似设备进行参考,完全自主设计研发,重点讲述在此设备研发过程中,遇到的一些问题及解决方案,供后期类似设备工程设计参考。In this article, the research and development process for the core equipment in testing construction, in which the functions of filling, heating, melting, cooling and extracting medium, was described. The materials used in this equipment include stainless steel, copper and quartz glass. There is no reference in designing similar equipment codes, standards and engineering experiences,thus the method used in the development of this equipment was originated owned by ourselves. Some problems encountered in the research and development of the equipment and the countermeasures were stated emphatically herein, which can be referenced for the similar equipment design later.
