大坡度滑索牵引索失效分析及解决措施研究

摘　　要：介绍了目前市场上的大坡度滑索的典型结构和运动特点,分析了大坡度滑索牵引索失效原因及可能带来的安全隐患,提出了大坡度滑索的牵引索失效的一些保护措施。措施一是牵引索设置冗余;措施二是利用牵引索失效后其张力迅速下降的特性,利用张力突变触发安全装置动作,使滑行小车速度有效减速或停止,而不会发生乘客失速下滑冲击滑索下站;措施三是承载索制动,利用制动轮与承载索之间产生的压力产生摩擦力对滑车进行减速和制动。经试验和现场应用证明,这些保护措施安全有效,解决了大坡度滑索潜在的巨大风险。The paper introduces the typical structure and movement characteristics of large slope strop ropeway,analyses the failure causes and potential safety hazards of large slope strop ropeway,and puts forward some protective measures for the failure of it.One measure is to set up redundancy of traction cable;another is to use the characteristics of rapid drop of tension after the failure of traction cables to trigger the action of safety device by sudden change of tension,so that the speed of sliding car can be effectively decelerated or stopped without passenger sliding down and impacting the station;the third measure is to carry the carrier cable brake,and use the pressure generated between the brake wheel and the load cable to generate friction to decelerate and brake the pulley.The testing result proves that these measures are safe and effective,and the potential huge risk of large slope strop ropeway is solved.
