摘  要:磁饱和式可控电抗器运行中,损耗或工作环境造成的温度变化会导致其本体结构材料特性变化,从而改变其工作特性.基于磁饱和度计算理论,提出分析温度变化对磁饱和度和工作电流影响的方法.首先,根据磁饱和度的计算公式以及磁饱和度与工作电流之间的关系,分析磁饱和度、工作电流随饱和磁密和绕组电阻变化的趋势;然后,根据材料的温度特性,得到饱和磁通密度和绕组电阻关于温度的表达式;最终获得温度变化对磁饱和度和工作电流影响的基本规律.理论分析和计算结果表明:饱和磁密和绕组电阻随温度变化的趋势相反;并且相同的温度变化对绕组电阻的影响程度较大,同样其对磁饱和度和工作电流的影响程度也不同.因此,在设计计算和运行性能评估中,要充分考虑温度变化的影响.In the operation of magnetically saturated controllable reactor (MSCR),the change of temperature caused by loss or working environment will lead to the change of material characteristics of its body structure,thus changing its working characteristics.Based on the calculation theory of magnetic saturation degree,a method is proposed to analyze the effect of temperature on magnetic saturation degree and working current.First,according to the formula of magnetic saturation and the relationship between magnetic saturation and working current,the paper analyzes the trend both of magnetic saturation degree and working current changing with saturation flux density or winding resistance.Second,the expressions of saturation flux density and winding resistance with respect to temperature are derived on the basis of the temperature characteristics of the material.Finally,the basic law of the influence of temperature change on magnetic saturation and working current is obtained.The theory and calculation results show that the trend of saturation flux density and winding resistance changing with temperature is opposite,and the influence of same temperature change on winding resistance is greater and similarly its influence on magnetic saturation degree and working current is also different.The effect of temperature variation should be considered in design calculation and operation performance evaluation.
